The two princesses and prince are children to HM Alaafin Lamidi iii Adeyemi of Oyo, Nigeria and Queen (Ayaba) Folashade Adeyemi.
Their father is the current reigning King of the Oyo which was a famous empire during the precolonial era. Today the monarchy is centered around the Oyo town in Oyo state, Nigeria.
