King (Kabaka) Mutebi II Ronald Muwenda of Buganda kingdom, Uganda celebrated his 66th birthday in a small ceremony at Mengo Palace grounds. The ceremony was held under strict covid19 protocols.
It was attended by his immediate royal family, the prime minister of Buganda, other kingdom officials and the few selected public.
