Princess Toyin Kolade installed as Iyalaje Oodua of Yoruba /Ife, Nigeria

HM Ooni Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II of Ife, Nigeria has installed Princess Dr Toyin Kolade as the Iyalaje oodua at the newly opened Ife grand resort, Nigeria.

She was honoured with the title Iyalaje Oodua for her contributions to Yoruba culture and tradition. She has also been planning the annual aje Festival and Queen Moremi Festival.

The event started with her being led to the Aje shrine for prayers before being presented to court

The event was held at the palace attended by other royal kings like the Dein of Agbor kingdom, Alara of Ilara, royal family members, influentials from the business world and government like first lady of Osun state.

She is a Lagos business magnate and popular philanthropist and will be expected to continue her work in promoting the yoruba culture and traditions.
